LZfamily @ Regis

6th Nov

On the 8th Nov, it will be our 9th Anniversary!  We checked in @ St Regis for a night stay, not alone but with our 3 babies.  It has been a long time since we stayed in a hotel....  LZ were thrilled and they were most excited about the bathtub!

It was Beanie 1st hotel stay!  Packing for him was easy...  I bought some Japanese brand baby food which I just have to warm it up in hot water.  No bottles or milk powder, that is one of the good things about breastfeeding.  Hehehe...  LZ packed their little bag of toys to keep themselves occupied during the stay and we also brought along board games.  Yeah, we intend to hibernate in the room. Hehehe...

LZ can't wait to use the bathtub!

Checking out the room... Once they stepped in, they have already chosen which bed they want to sleep in.

Brothers soaking in the bathtub together. Beanie in his baby cot and enjoying the tub on his own.

Having fun the pool...

In the evening, we ordered room service as we were too lazy to go downstairs for buffet and LZ were already in their pj.  They preferred to eat in the room and play games.

7th Nov

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.  We have another complimentary night and yet to plan when to use it.   At least we know now that Beanie is alright sleeping in hotel room and we can plan for trip in the future.  He woke up once for milk and he was too tired after the dip in the pool that he slept while we were playing games.  L & Z were old enough to handle things themselves except they were so excited that they were jumping & running around too often.  Handling 3 kids was not as bad as I thought...

Service were excellent since it is a 6 stars hotel (right?) but was rather disappointed with the room service, nothing fantastic and the coffee/tea was not provided in the room.  If we want to have a coffee/ tea, we had to call the butler.  Not too bad coz they have a wide selections.   The TV 'died' a few times in the night! We had to call the butler a few times till we gave up and decided to just play our board games.

On our checkout day, L found a piece of broken glass on the floor!  Beanie has been crawling the whole time and we were glad that he did not hurt himself.  We suspect it was the engineer who was the one that 'brought' it in.  Anyway, LZdaddy highlighted it to the staff during checkout and hopefully they will be more careful.
