Chess Club

 While the siblings were playing chess at the chess club,

Beanie was playing too!  Philip 'entertained' him with chess. For the record, he set up the board in 2.15 mins.  Slower than usual coz he was distracted with the marshmallow he was holding.  

Bento #306 - Doraemon

In the boxes: Chicken stew, peas with mushroom, capsicum egg ring, golden kiwi & cherries.

Haven't been making 'cute' bento for the kiddos and so thought of making one for today's bento.  Unfortunately, I didn't have time to let the colour dries up.  Thus, it smudged onto the rice when I placed it.  I usually prepare the character earlier if I can but today I spent too much doing other stuffs! :p

♥ He is officially weaned off from breast-breastfeeding!  I'm already missing it...  I know he does too coz he often tells me "mommy, I miss your nai nai.."

Chess For Him?

Little one getting free coaching from Uncle Philip while waiting for his siblings.  Not sure how long this interest will last though..   Actually I would prefer him to pick up a different interest but it all depends on him.

His First Dental Visit

Days before dental visit, I have talked to Beanie about it.  He seemed excited but it didn't turn out that way.

He insisted Z to go first which I thought was a good idea.  At least he will know what it will be like.  It was a mistake coz his cleaning took a little longer than usual.... Sad to know Z will have to wear braces eventually..

When it was his turn, he refused to sit on the dental chair!  I had no choice but to let him lie down on me.  After much coaxing, he let the dentist have a quick check on his teeth.

After that it was L's turn.  It was a breeze for her and dentist praised her for taking good care of her teeth.

I think Beanie was happy it was finally over and he got jelly from the nurse.  I asked if he will let the dentist check his teeth again and he said yes.  Well, we will know if he means it the next time.

A Date With My Older Ones

After a half day date with my gal, I had a date with my older ones.  We went cycling!   It was such FUN to cycle with them!  ♥

A date that I promised my girl...  A pedicure date.  She was extremely thrilled with the date, albeit a short one.  We both enjoyed the date.  Yeah, hope we could do this more often.. ♥

Bintan Trip 2012 - Day 4

17th June 2012

Our last day in Bintan..

We woke up early and headed to the pool again.

For the past few days we passed by the mini zoo behind the hotel.  I think I was probably the only one that didn't have a good look at the place till today.  Nothing spectacular but at least must see it for once right?  Hehe..

Little ones went with me but only the youngest was in the mood to pose for me.

So long Bintan, not sure when we will be back again...

Our journey on the boat wasn't that smooth sailing...  Beanie vomited again just like he did when we visited Bintan the last time.  This time, I was more well prepared, with extra clothes and a sickness bag.

Bintan Trip 2012 - Day 3

16th June 2012

Another fun-filled day we had today!

We spent our morning at the pool...  Beautiful view of the beach isn't it?  Especially with the right company.  The kiddos had so much fun that they were reluctant to go for lunch.

After lunch, there was only 2 family left as Boon's family had to leave for home.  The fun continued for the rest of us.  We spent the afternoon at the beach.  Kiddos saw lots of fishes and hermit crabs!

In the evening, we surprised the daddies!  It was Father's Day!  The trio was indeed surprised and happy!

The night did not just ends there.  Right after a sumptuous dinner, the little ones had bubble fun.  After that, godpa brought my 2 older ones for a stroll in the darkness again. They did it last night too. They were trying to spot stars!  Godpa downloaded an awesome apps which they can try to find where's the stars (or something like that).

Bintan Trip 2012 - Day 2

15th June 2012

Bintan Trip 2012 - Day 1

14th June 2012

It wasn't easy to arrange a holiday together with our good friends and finally we were able to travel together!  8 adults & 7 kiddos!   It was also a break that we really need...  Even though I was still on medication, we went ahead with it.

After our arrival and before checking in, we had our meal and went to a mall to do some shopping.  The mall was a disappointment though..

It wasn't easy getting this shot of the kiddos together..  This was taken after our first meal in Bintan.

My little ones was elated to go holiday with their godparents and our other good friends.  3 families and 7 kids..

We didn't do much on first day. We were planning activities for the next day and explored around the hotel area.

After lessons

For 2 days, my boys have been awesome!  They patiently waited for jiejie to finish her lessons.

For the first day after lesson & lunch, we went for a movie!  First time without daddy!  Kind of weird without him around.  We watched Men In black!

For the 2nd day, L went for a haircut right after lesson.  We had a little celebration for her at a Japanese restaurant.  Hurray to my gal for learning how to cycle!
