Bento #70
From left: Train shaped pancakes (5pcs), syrup (green container), sliced honey apricot & tomato + ham rolls.
I was planning to put other fruit into the bento but L asked for honey apricot(again). How could I say no to her? Afterall, this is her bento. I put in as much pancakes as possible so that her friend get to try it too but guess what? She finished all the 5 pcs of pancakes on her own! She let them try the syrup though (coz they wondered how it taste like). Hahaha...
The other day, I asked LZdaddy to get the pancake mix for me and he came home with one BIG box. When are we going to finish such a big box? After looking at LZ enjoying the pancakes, I know they will finish it in a very short time.
My princess has been calling me almost everyday during recess since that day. Today, she called to ask if I were in the library. She was disappointed that I was not there. I explained to her didi is still not feeling well and had to stay at home. She was very sweet and wanted to speak to him but naughty Z rather watched TV than to talk to jiejie.

Hi Jane, have been wanting to ask you where did you buy your hello kitty and my melody bento boxes?
This post nudged me. Honestly, I tend to pack pancake bento only after seeing your post on packing pancakes bento.

This was actually my first attempt in making my own pancakes as LZ like it in different shapes. I follow the instruction on the box accordingly. Maybe you wanna try another brand of pancake mix? :)

Thank you for visiting :) Oh! *blushing* I am flattered that they mentioned me in the forum :)
For the pancakes, before you pour into the pan, it is better for you to brush the pan with oil or use oil spray so that the pancakes will not stick to the pan. Hope this info helps :)
